Appointments. Online requests are subject to confirmation. Service hours are generally Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM, excluding closures, holidays, staffing constraints, parts delays, and project-specific scheduling needs.
Estimates and authorization. Florida repair customers have rights under the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act. For repairs over $150, customers must be given the option to request a written estimate, set a notification threshold, or decline a written estimate. Written or electronic approval may be required before diagnostics, tear-down, repairs, supplements, storage, or sublet work proceeds.
Vehicle condition. Diagnostics may reveal additional needs after inspection, disassembly, scanning, road testing, calibration, or body measurement. Estimates are not final invoices unless identified as such in writing.
Parts and warranties. New, used, rebuilt, remanufactured, aftermarket, customer-supplied, and specialty parts may carry different warranty terms. Customer-supplied parts may limit warranty coverage and can affect labor, timing, and fitment responsibility.
Test drives and calibration. Customers authorize reasonable road testing, scanning, programming, ADAS calibration, and operational checks when needed to diagnose, repair, verify, or document work.
Personal property. Remove valuables before drop-off. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles except where required by law.
Storage and pickup. Vehicles should be picked up promptly after completion or estimate decisions. Storage, administrative, towing, or lien-related charges may apply where permitted by law and disclosed in shop documents.
Payments. Accepted payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, debit cards, cash, certified funds, and approved financing. Acceptance may vary by amount, transaction type, identity verification, card-present status, lender rules, chargeback risk, and shop policy.
VIN, recalls, auction search, trade-in, and market data. VIN decoding, recall checks, RM Sotheby’s auction references, Kelley Blue Book trade-in links, market commentary, and finance calculator outputs are provided for convenience. Verify safety recalls, specifications, values, credit terms, and purchase decisions with official sources and written transaction documents.
Limitation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, RED LINE Motor Werks Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, loss-of-use, diminished-value, data, market, or financing damages arising from website use or linked third-party content.
Governing law. These terms are intended for a Florida business and are generally governed by Florida law, subject to applicable consumer-protection requirements and written transaction documents.
